These owners wanted to open up their old cramped kitchen. I took out the intruding hallway and replaced it with a full height pantry and broom-closet cabinet and a tankless water heater, which is attached to the outside of the house.
The new double skylight with colorful pendant fixtures over the kitchen table lights up the whole room. And I put new curved cabinets just inside the entrance to ease the walk into the room.
